As an alternative, locate a recent (within the past two years) news article onlineor in the EC Library describing a situation in which communication was not successful. Provide an explanation of the communication itself (at a minimum, identify the medium, sender, receiver, and intended purpose) along with an explanation of how and why the communication was not effective and what ultimately resulted because of the unsuccessful communication.
